1. PURPOSE OF THIS CONSENT
Thuru Kepakaru (“Programme”) is an environmental and tree-care initiative intended to encourage children to participate in tree planting, environmental awareness and community activities.
The Programme may use the Thuru Kepakaru mobile application, website and related digital platforms (“Platform”) to register participating children, record information about trees planted by them, monitor tree growth and care activities, and maintain Programme records.
S-lon Lanka (Pvt) Ltd (“S-lon”) will act as the Programme Operator and will be responsible for the administration and operation of the Programme.
The Programme may be implemented in collaboration with schools, government institutions, corporate partners, sponsors and other participating organisations.

- I understand the general purpose and nature of the Thuru Kepakaru Programme.
- I understand that tree planting and related environmental activities may involve physical activity and outdoor environments.
- I understand that participation in such activities may involve risks.
- I confirm that I voluntarily permit my child to participate in the Programme.
- I agree to release and hold harmless the Programme Operator, its officers, employees, representatives and authorised programme partners from claims, liabilities, losses or damages arising out of or in connection with my child's participation in the Programme.
- I hereby consent to the collection and processing of my child's personal data for the purposes of administration and operation of the Thuru Kepakaru Programme.
- I understand that I may contact the Programme Operator or School to withdraw my child's participation, where applicable.
- I hereby give permission for my child to participate in the Thuru Kepakaru Programme, subject to the applicable Programme Terms & Conditions and Programme rules.
